In-House Contracted Rates

Lock-in a reduced in-house daily rate and reduce administration time with our in-house contracted rates.

In-House Contracted Rates – The Details

Contracted in-house rates allows you to lock in a per-day rate for any course that you have delivered in-house for the length of the contract. If you have a good idea of your training and development needs for a future period, then agreeing a contracted rate with us will bring down the per-day rate of delivery.

Not only that, it saves admin time too. That’s because you only need to sign-off on one contract, rather than sign a letter of engagement for every course that we deliver for you.

You just need to let us know what you need and when you need it and we can setup each course you are looking for under this one contract and terms and conditions.

How it Works

The first stage is to chat with one of our team about your plans for the period you are looking at. Our contracts typically run for a 12 month period.

We will ask you about:

  • How many course delivery days you are anticipating in the year
  • How many delegates will be attending
  • Whether the courses delivered will be online, in-person or a combination of both
  • Whether there will be any major design work required

We will use this information to produce an offer. This offer will include an a rate for in-person delivery, online delivery and design and consultation. It will also include a minimum number of days required.

If you are happy with the offer, we’ll pop over the contract for signature to lock everything in.

Then, you just need to let us know what you need and when you need it – that can be done at any point during the contract period.

Note: The minimum date period in the contract is important as the contracted rate offered is based on the minimum number of days being met. The terms and conditions will state in the contract that if the number of dates invoiced do not meet the minimum days agreed, then we will invoice for the difference at the end of the contract using the lowest rate offered.

For example, you agree to delivering 30 days in a 12 month period. At the end of the contract term, we have only delivered and been able to invoice for 17 days of work. At the end of the contract, we will invoice you for the remaining 3 days at the lowest rate from your in-person, online or design and consultancy rate.

The contract will also include our standard in-house terms and conditions that include 30-day invoice terms unless otherwise agreed and 15 days or more notice to cancel any booked work with no charge.
